Hello-
Recently I did a bunch of work to my 1994 ford ranger 4.0 Automatic w/ac.
In doing this work, I managed to damage the radiator. Looking for a replacement, I ran into problems.
The stock radiator was 2.2 or so inches deep, but many of the aftermarket radiators, even 'supercool', were actually 1.75" deep instead of 2.2.
These were still dual-core radiators - just much thinner cores.
Sometimes the specs sheets were incorrect as well (napa).
Here is a write-up with some pictures of information about the fan and radiator replacement I did. Enjoy!
