i hope im putting this in the right place i couldnt find a "project log link. well i got my baby girl just over a year ago and it has been slow going but she is coming around to be one hell of a rig i hope.thought i would share what i have done up till now.

got the new heads and gaskets slowly putting it all back together

as of today she is siting with the right head in and almost put back together
 
Been there done the head swap....fairly easy isnt it? Not much to those engines....4.0 is even easier (no timing set)
 
lookin good so far, it all takes time, oh and lots of money lol
 
well got it all bak to order ( i think any way ) was a bit to late to fire her up tonight since i have no tail pipe and all the kids are asleep. tomorrow will be judgment day!
 
well hell got her fired today and ran a bit. drove like a champ ( until i got home ) !!!!! pulled her back into the garage and found out that i had an oil leak coming from both valve covers. gasket slipped during install. got em fixed and again to the test drive.. all was fine till i was bout to but the hood on and damn near fell on my ass cuz of more oil. the gasket on the right side slipped again.:furious: so now one more day i get to waist getting it all right one more time. at least i know the work i have done on the heads was good just got some tweeking to do and getting my tail pipe fixed now.

well got the oil leak fixed i had to get a new gasket. and why i was at it i went ahead and fixed my sway bar links.

so at the end i still have the hood off for now but it will be back on in the morning. with some help of my dad and 5 yes i said 5 case's of this

i got it all done and now i am back onto the mods!!!!!

thanks man now i think other than the new muffler on monday its all mod's and fixing the ass end from here on out!!! dont get me started on the packs of smokes and the cans of dip lol
