Messing up running!

OK so my 4.0 is running rough.. sometimes when i am going down the road it will buck and feel like its missing horribly, and its ticking and didnt do it before it started doing all this.. what could it be?

ding ding ding same thing that happened to my eclipse you might have been running low on oil or driving the truck like a mad man but this is what the problem is or maybe worse your transmission is slowly but surely breaking down
