Loss of Power

So lately, I have been putting more and more money into my 96 rwd 2.3L to fix routine things and fix what the guy who sold it to me did to it (long story short, made quick fixes of everything and did no routine maintenance.) I have been losing more and power and I am not sure why. The cylinder compression is still around 85-90% on all cylinders and I cannot regrind them. My truck runs super cold (like 115 Degrees Farehiet after 1.5 hrs of driving) so I don't think that is causing the problem. I live in the mountains and when I cannot get up the hills like I used to be able to, it causes a problem. Any ideas?
 
I had a 93 2.3 that dogged up hills and pulling out into intersections. After dumping alot of money in trouble shooting, it turned out to be 1 bad coil pack, bad wires and plugs. Take a look at them if you havent already.
 
I just had all of that changed out though and thats why I am scratching my head. I also recently got a new timing belt and now i have a interesting idle...it will idle normally for a few seconds, then the whole truck shakes and almost dies. I'm not sure if it is related or if that is a timing issue.
