I'm looking for some black & decker / Firestorm / Dewalt 14.4v post style batteries like these:
The 18v batteries may work as well.
I'd prefer the taller style batteries, but the shorter ones that normally came with B&D green or black colored tools may work too.
The taller style batteries normally came with Firestorm branded tools, the batteries had a higher amp hour rating & lasted quite a bit longer.
They don't have to hold a charge, they don't have to be in great shape, as long as they're all in one piece with no major damage, I can probably use them.
These are the old NiCd batteries.
The B&D/Firestorm part # is PS140 or the Dewalt # is DC9091
While I'm at it, if anyone has any of the newer 18v Black & Decker Slide In batteries that are dead, I might be able to use them for some of my other tools.
