Limited Slip question

yeah as long as you get the one for your rear end.... and you have to make sre you get the one that's got the right axle spline as well or get new/used axles to work with the splining of the rearend....

yeah its for a 29 spline 8.8 diff, so I imagine it would fit, it just says "ford vehicles above 1979" so no particular mode.
 
Um....you dont have a 29 spline bro. You have a 28 spline. There are no ratio breaks in the 8.8. That will fit your axle. But be ready to spend an additional $100 for a new installation kit plus the labor for installing it (minimum of $250). The installation needs to be PERFECT. I dont even trust myself installing gears. You'd be better off grabbing a whole axle from a JY with a L/S already installed. Be a hell of a lot cheaper.
