ok as im working on the brakes i noticed that after i put my 3" body lift on that the springs went flat and are no longer like a "U" shape. what can i do to fix this? i was thinking that i could just get bigger springs like off an f150 or some thing but i dont know. all i do know is that i cant have that much of a load in the bed or i take a risk of snaping one

I would personally grab them off of any 90s-2000 expo.

We sell em at the shop brand new packs run around $200 per spring.

how much better would 150 springs be than our stock springs?

Well, you'd need to get 2wd leaf springs as the 4wd ones are 3" wide (requires replacing AND relocating the hangers)

If you really want 1/2 ton springs, do the chevy leaf spring swap (STILL requires relocating the front hangers)

dont mean to thread jack but would it be worth it to do the swap?

None, as your truck would ride like an F-in dump truck (stiff as hell)
