what do you do?

 

push frickin carts..and lift stuff twice my weight like im going on 2 years and im starting to have some real back issues..5 days a week doing it every week hurts man. constand bending straining..lower back kills..

i used to do that but were i worked their was a powered cart that pushed all of em

 

yeah we dont get electric cart, no ropes, no anything, i push all the carts and the store is busy! i have to talk to them tomorrow cause i need to find out whats up with my back i can hardly move anymore in too much pain
