would a normal carpert cleaner work on the car carpet?

probibly, but if your carpet is really nasty or faded you can use my favorite trick of all time...

buy the cheapist spray paint at wall mart, pull the carpet out, tape off the heel pad on the drivers side, and go to town!

sounds sketchy, i know, but here's a couple of "after" shots of a car i refurbished the interior on. car had about 10 differant mouse nests in it before, carpet had dark brown stains and the smell was unvelievable. the paint made the carpet look new, and also sealed in the smell, and it even helps mask any threadbare spots :thumbsup:

it's duplicolor bed armor and if i'm not mistaken he had to repair a big hole in the drivers side floor board and afterwards he coated it with that to protect it...

yeah, the dupli brand. And like what was said, I had a big hole in the floor. Fiberglassed it and decided the bed liner would be good for the truck. Help seal it up and sound proof.

Ok Jason I was just curious.. And Scott those seats look bad ass bro. I do have a set of jeep seats I'm putting in my ranger. My buddy Brent and I are gonna wrap them In black cloth and blue inserts like yours. So my seats will be the start of my interior. And as soon as we get started on them ( I gotta go by his house and measure them) I'll get some pictures going in my build thread.
