In this write up, you will learn How To remove you door panels. This work was performed on a 2001 XLT.
Tools required:
Phillips screw driver
Step 1.
Using your phillips screw driver, remove the 2 screws holding your handle bezel in.
Step 2.
Remove the screw in the bottom corner
Step 3.
Remove the handle bezel by pulling gently on the handle, then grab it by the side and it will pop out.
Step 4.
Remove the last screw holding on the door panel.
Step 5.
Now that all screws have been removed, slide the door panel upward, and pull out ward and it will slide off. Slide the handle bezel through the panel opening.
Step 6.
Install in reverse order.
Conratulations! You have removed your door panel!
