how should i correct the issue of my front end being lower than my rear. not looking for a lift kit just should i upgrade shocks or something or is the suspension shot or something?

see how the front fender to wheel clearance is like two three inches. on my dads truck same thing just a 2005 the gap is more like 5-6 inches just factory
