Hi, I get right to the question. I have a 1988 Ranger XLT 2.9L 5speed Manual 4X4. I swap out the rear end (a 3.73) for one out of a1988 Ranger XLT Auto 4X4 (witch was a 4.10) now before I swap out the front to match I’m wondering about gas mileage with the 4.10 rear. I think the 4.10 rear is harder on gas.

Any suggestions would be appreciated, thanks.
