Dakota Rear Seat In A Ranger?

I saw on another forum a long time ago that this guy put a REAL rear seat out of a Dakota into his Ranger? He said it supposedly fit perfect. Is there any truth to this? Maybe Pete can do some measuring lol

Probably. Shouldn't be too hard, just gotta fab mounts up for it. Except it is going to take up the entire back seat

 

Thats what I figured... zero leg room. How wide is yours? front to back?

 

Not sure. I'll let you know soon though because I have it with me at school because my truck's at the shop

 

I guess I just don't see the advantage of doing this. I mean.....have you looked back there? All you'd fit are infants and toddlers on this new forward facing seat.

 

Yeah, that's what I'm thinking. I dunno how the hell the guy got it in there unless he cut the seat to make it fit...

 

He supposedly said it fit great lol. Thats why I was wonderin how big your backseat is. I think Id prefer our jumpo seats just because I can fit more crap back there lol

 

Yeah, jump seats are a lot better for trucks our size. You just love putting big things into your truck, don't you? Lmao. First the rig wheels/tires, and now a Dakota back seat... Wtf dude, trying to make up for something else? :thumbup: :lol:
