I don't understand why so many places are doing this, So if a guy comes in with a gun and starts shooting people, is it safe/ less tragic to have someone there with a concealed gun with a license to carry and trained to shoot, or is it safer to make it so no one can have a gun so they can shoot as many people as they want?
