Just curious as to what the total height is once they are mounted, and on the truck.

    33x12.50x15" duratrac, on a 15x8 wheel.

    thanks in advance.

trying to get as close to 33" tall as possible.

my 32" falkens are 31.5" tall when mounted and on the truck. so I'm just curious what the duratracs are

The kind of videos I've seen you post, you'll want some form of lift with 33x12.50's. Trust me... your valence and every one of your fenders and every one of your fender flares will thank you later. Or yell at you...'cause they LOVE getting slapped with spinning rubbers. actually try to help you, according to Goodyear's own specs on the Duratrac tire, it's 32.8" tall on a 10" rim. The theory goes that if that rim gets narrower to say an 8", the overall height gets taller. You might be looking at right at 33"...if you're lucky. The difference will be minuscule. Link:

It'll likely be exactly the same as any other stock size non-lifted torsion bar Ranger on 33x12.50 and 15x8. Stuffed and ripping flares cool.

Way to be an ASSumer. Of course I'm going to lift. I'm not an idiot.

Way to mention that in your original post...

Quit over thinking...I'm merely pointing out the obvious. It'll be very very near or exact to any other STOCK truck on 33x12.50 and 15x8's. I bold the stock portion because all we have to work with is your signature...which points to stock. I provided you with the best answers given the information to work with and with personal experience with the questions being asked.

Perhaps next time you will do a little more research yourself rather than to chastise the guy trying to help.

And my question has absolutely nothing to do with "will they fit"

Maybe if you stick to the actual question, and not be an ass and assume things, there won't be any issues.

Maybe you need to leave and stick to fordrangerforum, where they love having *******s. This forum is trying to be different than those places. No *******s allowed.

Mine were right over basically 33 inches tall depending on the tire psi and a course when mounted on the truck with weight they drop a little.

I think mine on 15x8 MT Classic Locks were around 33.2~33.4; im almost positive it was the 33.4 actually but I can't find my paper as that was over a year ago.

As far as flares issue goes, I got lucky because mine didn't have them so mine fit even better. Obviously with 3 inch bodylift mine fit with ease and even fit on stock height without rubbing. BUT I did have #1 t bars and didn't have flares which makes a big difference.

33x12.5x15 Goodyear Duratracs at 35 psi.
15x8 Mickey Thompson Classic Locks with 3.65 backspacing

(which I liked more than the 3.75 because I wanted it to stick out a little bit but didn't want to go up to a 15x10. Especially with only having a small flare molded into the body, not the bigger plastic ones.)

#1 bars barely cranked as a like my front to have a rake; 3 inch body lift WITHOUT bumper.

    Same setup with bumper.

Same setup above except with 32x11.5x15 BFG AT KO's on stock wheels.

Same BFG's as above but with body lift taken off.

I know you didn't ask for em all but I figured id give you a decent idea of everything.

gives me a good idea of how they will look. thanks.

I have 15x8's with 3.75" back spacing and its pretty much perfect with my truck and its larger plastic flares. laws up here require the tread is 100% covered my a flare, so it should be perfect.

ZWilson07, your truck has come a LOOOONG way since I've seen it last!!!! Looks awesome!

I'm aware. I was just adding the "will it fit" type comments because of the lack of info (ie you're adding a BL without a mention), the signature(crank and 32's), and personal experience with 33's on stock. Because with lacking info, all we can do is assume. Can't help you unless you help us!

I like to cover a few bases with one hit (not a literal hit, a hit meaning a post).

Here....I'll quote it, bold it, italicize it, and underline it...

Scratch that, I'll up the size too. For good measure.

Just like I said earlier, perhaps do a little research on your subject (this time it's ME). You don't know me, obviously. But plenty here do and understand the kind of guy I am, even on a non-personal level...strictly forum experience. It works the other way around too. How old are you? Because you're acting very mature...I can't even tell what kind of insults your trying to convey towards me because of all those *'s above.

Your question had merit and I tried to answer it. But your reaction to receiving help (from me) is quite disrespectful. It shows a lack of appreciation.

You've lost any and all future help from me.

Thanks alot, it would have came alot farther if I would have kept it lol. Its been gone for about a year now but I plan on getting another one just like I had here when I get a new job. Got 3 different local law enforcement agencies lined up so I assume I will get one of them by the end of the year.

A dealer bought it straight out from me as the guy that worked there had a buddy who was looking for a newer ranger. The guy had an older one that he loved and wanted to get into a semi newer one that had all the options mine had. So the dealer let me stop in and they gave me a debit card and brand new rental car to take with me when the new owner came and test drove it and stuff. They bought it from me for 9,000, the guy bought it for 10,000 and out we went. One of the better dealers ive dealt with over the last 10 vehicles ive owned lol. (ive been looking and hoping that the guy would be on a forum, especially since he was such a ranger lover; but ive never been able to find him)

Then I picked up a white 06 dodge 1500 hemi 4x4 crew cab with 75,000 miles.

Then sold that and picked up the 90 F250 single cab, long bed, 4x4, 7.3 idi, 5 speed with 45,000 original miles. One owner, garaged for last 22 years. Still have that and plan on never getting rid of it; but still hope to get into another 06/07 white ranger here this year.

As he mentioned you just got to know how to take Shane. Alot of times he can come off as a big a$$hole, but he is full of tons of knowledge if you can read through it all; if not one of the top 5 most knowledgeable people on 98+ rangers.

Ive noticed you all have been bickering in a couple of your threads, just seems like you all aren't gonna get along lol.

But as far as your tires. I have had the same tires in the same size on the same size wheels and it was indeed around 33.2-33.4 inches fully aired up and mounted with 35 psi. So probably around 33-33.2 inches with full weight on them; so thats right in line with what Shane posted. Almost every manufacturer list the actually size that it will measure for each specific tire on their website that is really close most of the time. You would be suprised how far they measure off sometimes; sometimes 3-8 inches bigger and sometimes 2-5 inches smaller depending on the make.

Ive seen 33's listed as 33.8 and 33's listed as 32.8, just depends. But with all that said, your 33 duratrac will be right on the money from my experience. I'll never buy another goodyear tire as I didn't have a good experience with mine, but the new owner of mine has had no problems. (go fig). Ill explain more if you want but don't want to clutter up the thread anymore if you don't want the info.

Don't care what you're reasoning for being a dick is. It's the reason I left all the other ranger forums. All they have is dicks. This one is different, and doesn't have those people. Aside from you. Apparently.
