"A" pillar vent windows

Has anyone tried replacing 89-92 doors with 88 doors that have the pivoting vent windows at the "A" pillar? If not, does anyone know if this would work, thanks...

Well, they certainly LOOK the same (other than the vent window). But looks can be deceiving... I would check either with a Ford dealership parts counter or a salvage yard. Either of those should be able to cross-reference the basic door to see if you have a match.
