Okay so I thought I pinned down the issue with the upper intake manifold, it helped but it's not perfect. At idle it shakes pretty hardcore and almost sounds cammed. It's throwing an EVAP code, but everything seems to be in working order. It also smells a little rich out of the exhaust. I am at a total loss on this thing, I've been trying to fix it for months and part after part it gets a little bit better but still has a nasty shake and rough idle. So in short - Engine shakes Idles around 1250 sometimes clear down to 250 Runs fine going down the road Sounds like it's cammed New upper intake and gaskets Newer DDTFD sensor (has a plug and two lines on side of upper intake) New coolant temp sensor Any help would be greatly appreciated.

you check the vaccum hose? When thats loose or off itll shake bad and you will have a rough idle. Thats the only thing I know of.
How can I test this? Edit: I took the vac line off the EGR valve and it ran smooth as butter, so does that narrow it down?
