My 94 Ranger 3.0 4x4 Suddenly started dropping into nuetral from OD/D, I would have to coast to a stop, put into park, then into drive and it would work fine. It happened again, and would not go into any gear now and had to get a tow from a friend. It starts and turns off and on... but as I move the shifter, I get a grinding sound as I try to put it into park? Can anybody help me diagnos this
