Hello, new here. I bought a 2004 ranger wreck today for the 3.0L engine...to install in my 2000 3.0L truck. Will everything swap over complete...except the lower intake and upper plenium? The 04 has a plastic plenuim and lower intake I believe. The 04 is a 5 spd, 00 is automatic...so I know I will have to swap the flywheel for a flexplate.
The old 00 engine was a 3.0L flex (v) the 04 is a 3.0L (U).
