2003 2.3L Timing issues

Hi,

I have a 2003 2.3L with 141,000 miles. It suddenly developed timing issues, running very roughly. This feels similar to having the coils go out. I had replaced them probably 25,000 miles ago, so I got the OEM coils this time and replaced them again. No go, seems to be back firing at low idle.

Any ideas on what to try next?
