I recently purchased a 99 Ranger Ext Cab. One of the previous owners swapped in a set of bucket seats and console. Judging from the floor mats that say Explorer Sport Trac, that's where I assume they came from. The power function does not work.

The seats are adjusted perfectly for me, but my wife is a lot shorter than I am and she can't comfortably reach the pedals.

I did a search, but the threads I found didn't address converting power buckets to a Ranger with manual seats. At least none of the threads I could find.

Is there a tutorial out there, or am I out of luck?

I am guessing here but I would assume it's just a matter of running some power to the seats unless the motors are shot.
