CL / ebay find: 19'89 Ford Ranger lifted SAS 10" lift in my town

Stumbled upon this on craigslist today... Ive known the truck for years. I was told that its just a ranger sitting on a F350 frame but I guess not according to what they were saying in the ad, either way, the people are kinda shady and the thing seems to be a hack job

Looks to be a F250 or 350 frame. The front shackles give it away. It's odd that they swapped 1/2 ton axles on it though.

I thought the same, but you would think if they went through the trouble to swap the ranger body onto a 250 or a 350 frame, they wouldve kept the V8 instead of the 2.9 I mean emissions wouldnt be an issue because our county doesnt need emissions testing
