Oh no. Dont tell me that. I've got to change mine and its an 04 model. It sounds like it is rust seized. May take hitting it with penetrate (spelling?) and a small wire brush several times for several days to allow it to get into the recesses. I'd be concerned about rounding out the bolt head or snapping it off so it may just be a waiting game. Also when you are ready to break it loose, be sure to remove any penetrate (spelling?) on the surface as it can make sockets and vice grips slip - thus rounded heads and bloody knuckles.
Please let us know how it works out.
