hey guys im new to the forum ive been raised on fords but for a while couldnt have one now i can and bought a 1990 ranger

i found yall on google i just got a 1990 ranger and so i figured i needed to join one for ideas and two for advice

i have a 90 ranger 2wd with a 2.9 my first question is will a 4.0 bolt up to the same tranny? my second question is will the pack springs off of a F-150 work if not what is the best way to beef up my rear suspension?
