Actually in the time since my last post I replaced the fuel pressure regulator. It smoke a bit more then leveled off. Took another look at my plugs and discovered I have orange spark. I'm going to clean the plugs and replace the wires and will update from there.

Update: I changed the spark plugs and it fired up instantly. Unfortunately, it started to smoke and knock again within just over a minute.
