    Hey there. It wasn't too bad. Took about an hour or so. I used a 4 inch angle grinder on most of it and finished up with a cold chisel and hammer. As for the console well I gave up on that--I kinda like the easy access to the back area.

    Seat Mod First pic is the metal that I cut off the seat--the second is the foam I removed and the last is the finished seat. I used rivets to fasten the material to the frame and fishing line to sew up the seam on the corner--all together it took around 5 hours to complete and once I install...

    Just joined the forum today. Spent about 5 hours today turning my 60/40 seat into a pair of regular buckets--a little metal work, a little sewing with some fishing line and I'm ready for a set of regular seat covers. :eek:
