Hello, I was looking for any help on how to remove a rusted bolt on these rusted out running boards I have (which I dont know why the pervious owner put them on such a low truck). The running boards are starting to rust at take away from the clean truck, any ideas on how to remove the bolts...

Its that time of year again when the snow is on the ground and i am in my previsouly owned 2003 ranger edge it is RWD and i currently have 280lbs of sand in the bed, i was sliding somewhat today and wonder what everyone else is doing?
