My tailgate assembly needs to be rebuilt, but most tailgates have screws that allow you to remove an access panel. My tailgate has no such panel. How do i rebuild it, when i cant get to the inside workings? Thanks guys!

Do i need new striker plates or am i missing something? thanks guys, I love the truck but the rattle is kill'in me. AM i missing a bushing or something?
