I have 98 xlt 3.0 and have noticed a rough idle last couple weeks. Yesterday I noticed water spitting out exhaust. Oil don’t show milk or oil cap. I ran compression and # 3 is low. Am I looking at gasket PLUS A BAD HEAD? Any way to run test to determine if it’s valve or cracked head?

hello everyone I have a 98 3.0 with doors that are very hard to pull open. I’m sure it is due to the second door which the main doors latch to, Anyone know how to adjust these? I knew the door handle wouldn’t take too much to break, and I don’t want to break another one. Thanks for any input.
