Hi all - The manual I have doesn't seem to cover the proper torque to apply to the 4 belt pulley bolts on my 1994 2.3 L SOHC MT engine. "21-28 ft-lb" Also, should I use some blue Loctite or is that overkill? "Not necessary if you use torque wrench" Thanks! - Bill
