so do i only need to hook up the positive, and black wire. what should i do with the orange wire?

im not sure which wire is positive and which is negative. i have a red, orange, and black wire running off it. i know that black is ground not sure about the other two. would i do any damage to the jeep if i tested them the wrong way.

Well as most of you know I've been looking for a jeep for a while now. I found my jeep! It's a 2000 Cherokee sport with 79k on it. It runs great, it needs a few things but nothing a junkyard can't fix.

When I did this job the bolts on one side came out with grinding the heads flat than a couple of whacks with a hammer. My teacher had to take a torch to get the rivets out of the frame.

i ended up not buying this jeep since the front end was shot and it would have cost 2,000 to fix. so the search is back on.

if only i had 5000 more to spend on a car. your truck is awesome.

i talked to people on a cherokee forum many of them said that there are no problems with a 2 door off roading. i would rather a 4 door but this 2 door is nice.
