o ok... well i know my buddy had a 09 and it had the 40 60 thing.... but you could prolly find a set out of an exteded cab one... i think they have 2 bucket seats and then a centerconsole

sounds like mabe a bad fuel pump.. the next time it wont start... cycle the key while someone hit the fuel tank with a rubber mallet or a block of wood or somthing... could also be the connection at the fuel pump... maybe a fuel pump relay

its probably just a exhaust manifold... or a exhaust manifold gasket... be sure to be easy when taking the bolts out of the manifold .. not to break the bolts off... and i would reinstall new bolts..

is it over heating... does it still run fine...hows the oil pressure
