What are you usin to take the bolts out, impact, breaker bar or ???
I've taken off half a dozen beds off over the years, some multiple times, and have never snapped a bolt. I use a 450lb impact.
Just curious...........

Did you have to use spacers to clear the hub snout on the front?
On my Canyon 15x8 wheels, I had to have the center holes bored out to clear the front hub snout and then used aftermarket push-thru centers>>>
Bored hole without center cap, you can see how far out...

Logan, did the mount itself rust apart or did it break off the rusted frame?
If the mount itself broke & the frames ok, the easiest thing I've found to remove the rivets is to drill a hole in the center of it in stages til you finally drill a 3/8" hole through it...
Great!
CONGRATS to you & your Wife and WELCOME to the world Miles!
BTW: Our first, Rachell was 9.9# & 22.5" and my Wife is ONLY 5.2", and Kevin was 4 wks premi and 7.13# & 21", Doc said if he'd of gone full term he'd been 10+#.
As the sayin goes, "Daddy's lil' squirts"!
????
Did you happen to get the pigtails for the switches on the Explorer surround, as I don't see them in the pic? Alot of them aren't available from Ford, and the ones that are tend to be PRICEY!
That Super Duty is SWEET!
But, I wouldn't recommend any of em usin their emergency brake after goin though all the snow & water, or they may be there for a while!
