    more seat help plz?????

Bob, I saw on my home forum that Mustang seats will work... BUT, you have to replace the tracks with tracks from a 1998 Explorer. I have no way to verify this, but that is what I read. Hope this helps!

On your 2011, the fuses are located in the Smart Junction Box (SJB) which can be found behind the right (passenger) kick panel.

    1997 xlt 4×2 dash lights

Did you replace them with standard 194 bulbs (incandescent) or did you use LED bulbs? Most LED bulbs are polarity specific, meaning they will only work when inserted positive (anode) to the positive 12+ volts of the truck.

Yeah. Now they've botched the Mustang up to where I wouldn't piss on one if it was on fire.

Converting Bucket seats to 60/40 or bench

Hello Daniel and welcome to the forum! Well, this is a first! Everyone else goes bench to buckets! LOL First thing you need to know is that seats for a regular cab pickup will have a different mounting than the ones for an extended cab, due to the floor pan being contoured differently. That...

    Upgraded bed cover

@Dchad53: The PowerDome hood is made of fiberglass and is heavy as hell. :) @ZappyBear: LOL, I suppose you could say that. It's just a different style hood (taller) that was offered 2001 - 2003 on select XLT / FX4 / EDGE models. In 2004, they changed the front lip to fit the taller grille.

    Transmission Rebuild Advice wanted

LOL I *DO* skim around many of the forums. Ford-Rangers.com is my "home", but I stop by here every day or two to see what's going on. My home forum offered me a moderator position back some time ago, but I declined as I don't desire that responsibility. I just prefer to cruise around, help...

I don't know much about the different transmissions, but the 'HD" on the end indicates it would be a better choice if you do have to get another one.

$850 is a lot in anyone's wallet. I would be more comfortable buying a salvage yard MANUAL trans than an automatic. I don't know what your options are as far as salvage yards go, but I would give that some SERIOUS consideration.

Ah, my bad. Was looking more at the metal chips and stuff than the fact it has beefy GEARS! LOL The fact that the metal chips have gone all through the trans, you may be better off finding a salvage one to replace it.

Wow man... I've never rebuilt an automatic, but those pics tell me you have a mess on your hands.

    more seat help plz?????

Hey there Bob! I can't find anything about 1998 Mustang seats, so I can't say if they will fit or not. As a guess, I am thinking probably not. If you have access to them, I would take some measurements and pictures and do a comparison.
