1998 Ford ranger 5.0 automatic 4x4. Has roughly 140k miles on it. Upgraded leather seats with heat, center console, 12in sub, tool box, alcoa aluminum wheels, lock out front hubs. Truck needs some work. It has a miss due to a bad plug wire, windshield has a crack in it, also needs a front drive...

The biggest issue is the title, Id more or less have to drag it home with no title/parts only. And they hook it up with an american ranger VIN and title

I did a 5.0, best thing I ever did to my truck. I highly recommend it. If I built a 4 door id probably do a 4bt just because they are easy to find parts for. A 2.8 Powerstroke is an oddity up here to say the least

Didnt think it was possible but I get better mileage out of my 5.0 than my 3.0. I even hand calculated it out just to be safe but its correct Also should note this is with some dicking around and burning tire. I am closer to 25 now going back and forth to school

Ah yeah that will do it. Worst part is edge is known for leaving traces on the PCM even if you take the tuner off for warranty work

yeah its all done through the odb2 port. And since id go nuts with the wire down in the factory location of that port I am going to have to move it

I agree with not liking alot of that stuff. But the 3 inch exhaust tip thing gets me. How does one put a 3 inch tip on an exhaust that is 4 inches?
