5x114.3 is the same as 5x4.5 TPMS - just the light should come on, I don't think it will do anything else.

Installed a 4/5 DJM kit last week, on my 2011 Ext Cab. I would only do this mod if you have lots of smooth roads. Looks great and rides very good on decent roads. On really bad roads the rear hits the bump stops and the front bottoms out on the fender liner. The flat part of the tread hits...

Picked up my 2011 2 months ago. 4.0 auto 2wd ext cab. Turned 37,000 miles yesterday :)
