different than welding. If your just off-road, youd be alright (loose ground) but driving to/from, your on concrete. I bet the hubs only explode when your turning?

yeah, x2 on the welded diff. The difference in wheel speed while turning will do this. the axle shaft is spinning at one speed, then the wheel is faster/slower. Since the hub is locking the axle to the lugs, it will blow out the center of the hub.

That big ass wheel on the back of PJD bikes looks awkward. I think a normal size rear would have looked better.
