really depends on your final drive ratio. This is including trans type, gear ratio and tire size. For my 96, it likes the higher RPM's, so with 235's and 3.73 gears, 2600-3100 is optimum range. Have not driven the 99 enough to determine yet :p

as having the AT2's, I vote other. Those grabbers sucked, big time. But, I suppose it all depends on what your looking for in a tire. BTW, those AT2's are now on my buddies liberty, he hates them. He says it feels like he is driving on a factory street tire. Said they suck balls in the snow.

It looks like ****! :blink: I have the stock boot. Looking to get one from redline soon yeah, the dupli brand. And like what was said, I had a big hole in the floor. Fiberglassed it and decided the bed liner would be good for the truck. Help seal it up and sound proof.

Its also a good time to replace wheel cyl. :p

I had my first set of MB 62's for like 5 years before they started to peel. And they only did at the rivits. I never took care of them tho. And, it was driven in winter, with salty roads. FLIM!

the polished rims are coated. They are wash and wear. If the coat comes off, then you have a problem.

I got these rims at discount tire for less than $300....and they are 17's!

anything but black, my god. Get some nice polished aluminum rims. I am a fan of the large hole rims. I dont get why everyone and their mother is all about the soft 8's in black steel. Guys run those becuase they are HEAVY wheelers and when they bend/brake a rim, it only cost $30 to buy a new...

There is another method for the temp issue. The resistor pulls right off the pegs. You can simply remove the resistor and place is on the current temp gauge. Doing this will eliminate the need to reset the needle.
