5/16 = 8mm. 6mm = 1/4 = 4/16. So it cant be a 5/16. I do believe they are 7/32 in size.

nah, your wrong. Not all rangers came with 16's. Even if it was an option, the xl models most always come with 15's. And they are not going to make different brake components for specific trucks. 15's will fit on rangers even tho they may have come with 16's And almost always, aftermarket rims...

It looks better with the black needle caps. If you have the grey needle caps, the silver surround fits better.
