Same issue with my 2001. My seat foam appears to be repairable, but who makes good, like factory (not baggy Auto Zone ones) seat covers for the 60/40 AND does anyone make a console lid for these things. Curious question: My lid will not come up and it is not latched. What gives?

I am having the same issue with my '01. Console lid won't even open up and it looks like someone has taken a razor to it. I have been told that Dorman makes replacement lids, but I've not been able to find them. Seats are yet another issue.
