I have not seen any black ones but they can be painted! If you have one I can paint it for you and put a blue filter in it too

If its level you're good. Usually when the front is maxed out the rear needs to be leveled off and brought up higher
We could max out the torsion bars then add the lift shackles. W\You just need the front end of the truck up in the air, off the ground then turn the torsion bar bolt to the right height, then add the rear shackles
I still have those lift shackles and they are calling your name lol
