      It wasnt that bad just got to make sure you follow the directions mostly for un-hooking all the stuff. I did it by myself. I did the box first which was very easy and then the cab.l A impact wrench and a map gas torch helps alot. Ford uses very good loctite on the body bolts. Probably the only 2 mounts you might have a problem with are the 2 front ones. What you dont want to happen is the round flat piece "thats on the underside of the body bolt" you dont want that to start turning when your taking out the body bolts but if you heat them enough you probably wont have that issue. When you look at the 20-30 pg directions it looks like a BIG PAIN. Set a weekend aside and you should be good to go. If you run into any problems just let me know.

      I believe they are. I got the truck a year ago with the superlift on it and cv's.

      They dont rub on anything even on the flex, Everything holds up fine with the 4" superlift and the 3" Body lift
