    Fall/Winter: Mobil 1 0W-30
    Spring/Summer: Mobil 1 5w-30
    Filter: K&N HP-2010

Wal Mart is awesome for their $25-30 5qt jugs of Mobil 1.

motocraft. whatever the manual calls for.
    Dealer does my oil changes.

once my aftermarket warranty is out, I'll be using royal purple and wix filters

5w-30 Valvoline synthetic (although Valvoline bottled it for NAPA and so much cheaper too) and Motorcraft or Purlator filter, but NEVER FRAM!
