ABS speed sensor

    I have a Ford Ranger 3.0 v6. i just replaced the speed sensor on my rear differential and now my brakes are locking up and my speedometer is fluctuating, any suggestions on what to do?

    I don't think the speed sensor is related to your new issue. Which brake are locking up (front or rear}? If the front most of the time, the caliber seized. If the rear lock up(check the parking brake, making sure it is not depress) or the shoes are well. The speedometer is on your transmission. You didn't mention the year (older model have cable) newer molder have sensor.
