Ok, I did some searches and turnednup nothing on the topic of debadging, so if I missed it, I'll gladly take a link asma response, lol.

Looking to take off the side badges, ranger xlt etc, in favor of custom decals, can anyone tell me if they are bolted, or just use adhesive?

Either way, if you're gonna replace the badges, replace them over the holes that might be there.

It is just double sided tape that holds them on. You can use fishing line or pop them off with a screw driver using a cloth for protection. The badges have 3 alignment pins, and there are 3 holes in the fender that those alignment pins go into.

its pretty easy to do from what i hear, others have done it successfully and the two guys above me are spot on

thanks for the info guys, the holes are what I was worried about, with the heat we are having, I can just use a little floss and some goo gone like I did with the vibe, but knowing that there are holes under there, I won't be tackling this one until I have the new graphics in hand to cover it up!!
