Does it click when you push the button? There are TWO fuses under the hood for the t-case. Make sure ALL your wires are connected properly

maybe a bad hub? if one hub doesnt engage then neither of them will work.

^Not true...one will still spin if it engages (or has limited slip)

the module will click but the case wont engage but its in 4x4 if i turn it with a wrench lol took it through a field just to make sure it wasnt the hub and all my fuses are good and connection is good so i have no idea what the f*ck it is

Sounds like the motor to me. If you got a remanned one, it might be defected...I never trust remanned stuff like that...when I got mine, I made sure it was new...set me back a pretty penny but well worth it. Take your hubs apart, clean and regrease them too.

I had a bad 4x4 hub on the driver side and my 4wd light would come on but my front wheels were not engaged (either of them). I changed the driver side hub and it worked flawlessly.

Auto hubs and auto transfer case.
