Evap canister hose missing

    My 97 ranger xl 2.3 is missing one of the hoses running from the Evap canister that set just behind the driversside headlight. The larger hose is the one missing and i need to know where this hose runs to and the size/length if possible. The truck is missing on cylinder 2 and showing a code. Showing the code for the evap canister and also for the lower o2 sensor. I think the hose may run to the fuel tank, but i am not sure. Need help please...

    isnt the evap canister above the spare tire? im having a problem with mine having a leak somewhere. i was told either gas cap, fuel filler neck, or a vacuum leak under the hood.

    Pics of Vapor canister

    Here are pics of the vapor canister. The Motorcraft part number is CX741. I have a pic of the canister from RockAuto. The other 2 are from my truck. The white object above is the battery.

    check lmc truck, they will probably have the hoses. i have no clue on length and such
