I have to wonder as I have always had a love/hate relationship with them, and now, my kids seem to be coming down with the symptoms also. You know, the normal things for us, that the rest of the world looks at and goes    over. We have a small "herd"(?) of Fords here..... 84 BII, 84 LB4x4 Ranger, 87 F 150 sb 4x4 4spd, 89 S cab 2wd 2.9 5spd, 90 sb turbo 2.3 5 spd, 94 "X", and a 98 Mounty. Anyways, this seems like a good place to discuss options of treatment (at least for the ailments for the rigs), ideas and oddities of everything for the RBV's, so here we are. "Here" is around the Mt. Sterling, Ky. area, so if anybody wants to swing by the farm, hang out, work on stuff, go 'wheeling, etc.... just shout!

Ford is VERY contagious! My first car was a 1980 El Camino. It was definitly nice but once I stepped into that 2002 F-150, it was back to Fords again! Havent owned anything else since! '02 F-150, '10 Mustang, '11 Ranger, and now a '92 F-250. Funny part is, my gf and her fam is DIE HARD Ford fanatics. shes the marryin kind

Thanks for the welcome, gang. As soon as I can figure out my new camera, I will post a couple of shots of the fleet/"herd". I had an Elkie once... I sold that rusted out thing to a kid from NYC and never looked back at it. The only thing that was holding the doors on were the latches when you got the door closed. Hopefully, yours ain't been a victim of the rustbelt all of its existence. Oh, and on the GF &fam... My wife of over 22 years would rather I put new rocker panels and a second frame under the 94 "X" than get her something new. Congrats. on finding a like minded mate. They are RARE!!!!!

Its not bad... Had to patch the frame on the back and the "usual" rust on the rockers.

DEFINITLY need some pics of the X! I came sooo close to buying one with the 7.3L but all the banks said it was worth less than what theyre really worth...
