Yes,we race every week at Evans mills speedway in ny.track is 3/8,s mile blacktop. We also race on tour across ny,from rochchester to White lake,we have several races on dirt, truck is not really set up for dirt but does ok,the one dirt race we ran last year,we won, after the leader had a flat but still was pretty neat.

Basically stock 2.5,bored 40 over, head cut 60,stock replacement pistons, stock crank and rods, stock valves.Stock 97 ranger header with flange cut off and 3 inch back pipe.Has a Tarus air cleaner right out the front. This year we got a chip custom made that removed the rev limiter(Had it out to practice the other nite and turned it 6600 lap after lap)and turned the timing up at 3/4-full throttle.Running the front end right on the bump stops with 1 1/8 sway bar and the rear flipped.Truck weights 2650 with me in itWeigh 220)and 300 lbs of lead under the drivers side(58% left side weight)Running 14 inch 215-60 tires right now on 8 inch racing wheels.Oh yeah, and my new fabricated aluminum valve cover.Fun,fun, fun

Probably have 200 hours building, takes 8-9 hours a week maintance if we have no repair issues. We used to race dirt, about the same time to build but 20-30 hours a week maintance.
