after i did some painting and added the tool tool box. painted my wheels black and covered the blue stripe. also got the tool box for free.

my front end as it sits right now. ive got some big plans for this spring and the front end. like painting both my bumpers black and grille black . then getting a fog light valance and tow hooks. the lights are mounted by light tabs i might put in a angle iron between the tabs with the left over i have from making brackets for the fogs and possibly some black headlights or just clear corners still havent decided. .

i also plan to add some bed rail caps from bushwacker and possibly getting a pair of 06+ mirrors.
let me know what you guys think and if you have any suggestions on how to make it look updated.

i am its going to last me forever because i am running it until its completely dead. so i am making it how i want it.now that i think of it painting my rockers would bee awesome. and would cover up the damage that some prick did to my truck in a hit and run in my school i was so angry and the cop was clueless i did more investigative work than her.

  5. lol Gotta love clueless fuzz. But yeah, even though your truck is dark blue, it'll still show up. Just don't clear coat it so it has that matte finish, and if you're doing your rockers you might as well do the bumpers in bedliner too.

yea would it have a textured look to it? never painted anything with it.

Captured Time watch this and hold on

    looks good man

  8. Depends on what kind you use. If you use roll on, it'll have a real textured look. Spray on, not so much if any at all. It's rough to the feel, but just looks like black matted and slightly textured paint. No big lumps like Rhino Liner if that's what you're asking

i would like to go up but i need to keep my mpg and its just 2wd. no offense to those guys who lower their trucks but i hate the look of it. im more of a rugged off-road type of guy.

  11. If you wanna keep MPGs, go with a body lift for now. Won't affect the handling of the truck and you'll still have pretty good mileage. Plus, it's cheap and easy to do lol

I'd leave it the way it is, get a nice set of 15s and slap a set of 235/75/R15s. Im running 32s on my stock rangerj and they fit other than having to trim the bumper a bit and they're a hell of a lot bigger than 235's
